This Privacy Policy explains how information about you is collected, used anddisclosed by OM Heals Inc. (“OMHeals,” “we” or “us”). This Privacy Policyapplies to information we collect when you use our websites, mobileapplications and other online products and services (collectively, the“Services”), contact our customer service team, engage with us on social mediaor otherwise interact with us. We may change this Privacy Policy from timeto time. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the date at the topof this policy and, in some cases, we may provide you with additional notice(such as adding a statement to our homepage or sending you a notification). Weencourage you to review the Privacy Policy regularly to stay informed about ourinformation practices and the choices available to you. 

We collect four categories of personal information – personal information youprovide to us, personal information automatically collected from your use ofthe Services, personal information we receive from third-party sources, andpersonal information we derive or infer. 

Personal Information We Collect Automatically 
When you access our Services, we (including companies we work with)collect some information automatically. For example, we may collect usage datasuch as the pages or other content you view, your searches, how long you spenton a page or screen, sites from which you link or browse to in the Services,navigation paths between pages or screens, information about your activity on apage or screen, access time, duration of access, and other actions on theServices. We may also collect information about your computer or mobile device,such as its operating system type and version number, manufacturer and model,browser type, screen resolution, IP address, unique device identifiers, orgeneral location information such as city, state, or geographic area. If youuse our mobile applications or use our Services on a mobile device or tablet,we may also collect your device type, mobile phone number, operating systemtype, wireless carrier, and device IDs. When you access the Services, we (includingcompanies we work with) may place small data files on your computer or otherdevice. These data files may be web beacons, cookies, clear gifs, pixel tags,e-tags, “Flash cookies”, or other local storage provided by your browser orassociated applications (collectively “Cookies”). Personal Information Provided by Third-Party Sources.   
Third-party services: If you choose to log in to our Services through athird-party site or service (e.g., Apple, Facebook, or Google), the third-partyservice may send us information such as your registration, profile information,and friends lists. The information we may receive varies by service and iscontrolled by the relevant service.

Personal Information We Derive or Infer 
We may derive information or draw inferences about you based on theinformation we collect. For example, we may make inferences about your locationbased on your IP address or infer that you are looking to purchase certainservices based on your browsing behavior and past purchases. 

We use your personal information for various purposes, including to: 
*Complete contracts as well as any disclosures or other documents required bylaw;
*Provide, maintain and improve our Services, and develop new products andservices;
*Provide and deliver the services you request;
*Send you technical notices, updates, security alerts and support andadministrative messages;
*Respond to your comments, questions and requests and provide customer service;
*Communicate with you about services, offers, promotions, rewards, and eventsoffered by OM Heals and others, and provide news and information we think willbe of interest to you;
*Monitor and analyze trends, usage and activities in connection with our Services;
*Personalize the advertisements you see on third-party platforms and websites;
*Facilitate contests, sweepstakes and promotions and process and deliverentries and rewards;
*Detect, investigate and prevent security incidents and other malicious, deceptive,fraudulent or illegal activity;
*Protect the rights and property of OM Heals and others;
*Identify, debug, and repair errors in our Services;
*Perform research and analytical activities (e.g.identifying trends and theeffectiveness of marketing campaigns);
*Assist us with legal claims, compliance, financial, regulatory andinvestigative purposes as necessary (including in connection with lawenforcement investigations, legal process, or litigation); and
*Carry out any other purpose described to you at the time the information wascollected. 

We may also use personal information we have collected and aggregated, oranonymized personal information received from third parties, to understand moreabout our users (for example, we may use aggregated information to calculatethe percentage of our users who have a particular telephone area code). Thisincludes demographic data, inferred commercial interests, and other informationwe may collect from you or from third parties.  

We share personal information in the following circumstances or asotherwise described in this Privacy Policy:

Service Providers: We may share information with vendors andservice providers who support the operation of the Services and business and whoneed access to such information to carry out their work for us (including, forexample, web hosting, analytics, payment processing, email delivery, marketing,insurance, claims administration, and customer support services). In somecases, the vendor or service provider may directly collect the information fromyou on our behalf. 

Professional advisors: We may disclose your personal informationto professional advisors, such as lawyers, bankers, auditors, and insurers,where necessary in the course of the professional services that they render tous. 

Third-party Platforms and Social Media Networks: If you haveenabled features or functionality that connect the Services to a third-partyplatform or social media network (such as by accessing the Services using youraccount with the third party, providing your API key or similar access tokenfor the Services to a third party, or otherwise linking your user informationin our Services to a third-party’s services), we may disclose to thethird-party platform or social media network the personal information necessaryto facilitate the connection or that you authorized us to share. We do notcontrol the third party’s use of your personal information. Responding toLegal Requests. We may disclose your personal information to third parties,courts, law enforcement, governmental authorities or tax authorities: (i) tothe extent disclosure is permitted by applicable law or where we consider suchdisclosure reasonably necessary to comply with any applicable law, regulation,legal process or other legal obligation; (ii) to the extent disclosure isnecessary to investigate, respond to, or prevent harm, illegal activity, orfinancial loss; (iii) to detect, investigate and help prevent security, safety,fraud or technical issues; (iv)to cooperate with law enforcement, government,quasi-governmental and public agency requests, legal processes, or reportingrequirements; and (v) to enforce or protect our contracts, legal rights or therights of others, including by responding to claims asserted against us. 

Corporate Transactions: We may transfer your personalinformation in the event we: (i)sell or transfer, or are considering selling ortransferring, all or a portion of our business or assets; or (ii) areconsidering or engaging in any reorganization, conversion, merger, sale, jointventure, assignment, transferor disposition of all or any portion of ourownership interest, business or operations.   

With Your Consent or At Your Direction: We may share yourpersonal information with third parties whenever you consent to or direct suchsharing. 

We do not knowingly collect or store any personal information from anyoneunder the age of 13. If we become aware that we have collected or storedpersonal information from an individual under age 13, we will remove his or herpersonal information from our files. If you are a parent or guardian andbelieve we may have inadvertently collected personal information from yourchild, please notify us immediately by sending an email to “DONOT TRACK”

We may use third-party advertising companies to serve advertisements regardinggoods and services that may interest you when you access and use the websitesor the apps, other websites or apps or other online services. Third-party applications, such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest,or Google buttons, may be available on our Website. The owners or providers ofthose third-party applications may collect personal information from you. Yourinteractions with third-party applications on our website may also be sharedwith others within your social network. The collection of information by thesethird-party applications is governed by their own information collectionpolicies and practices, not thisPrivacy Policy. We are not responsible for thecollection and use of your information by such third parties. 

LINKING TO OTHER SITES  Our website may contain links to othersites that we do not own or operate. We do not control, recommend or endorseand are not responsible for these sites or their content, products, services orprivacy policies or practices. These other sites may send their own cookies toyour device, they may independently collect information about you or from you,and they may or may not have their own published privacy policies.

We store your information using reasonable physical, technical andadministrative safeguards. Please be aware that the Services and data storageare run on software, hardware and networks, any component of which may, fromtime to time, require maintenance or experience problems or breaches ofsecurity beyond our control. In addition, no transmission of data over theinternet is guaranteed to be completely secure. It may be possible for thirdparties not under our control to intercept or access transmissions or privatecommunications unlawfully. We cannot ensure or warrant the security of anyinformation you transmit to us over the internet.  

Marketing:  If you no longer want to receive marketing-related emailsfrom us on a going-forward basis, you may opt out by contacting us by email at jennifer@om-heals.comor by following the instructions in any such email you receive from us. We willtry to comply with your request as soon as reasonably practicable. If you optout of receiving marketing emails from us, we may still send you importantadministrative messages, from which you cannot opt out. 

SMS Messages: If you provide your phone number through the Services, weor our third party vendor may call or send you a transactional SMS messageabout the status of or issues with a recent transaction (e.g., an order youhave placed with us). In addition to transactional SMS messages, we may sendyou marketing communications by SMS. However, we only send marketing SMSmessages to those who have expressly opted-in to receiving marketingcommunications by SMS text message. If you no longer wish to receive SMS textmessages from us, you can opt out of future text messages by replying to one ofour SMS text messages with the word “Stop.” 

Accessing and Changing Your Personal Information: If you are aregistered user of the Services, you may review and change certain personalinformation (e.g., email, phone number, payment information) at any time bycontacting us at
